Payroll Framework
The options within Payroll Framework are essentially the 'building blocks' of your Company's setup within Ready Pay.

Pay items are a core building block of the system and are used to process any monetary items in the payroll |

These are used to control rates of accrual for various leave types, as defined by the governing award. |

The Superannuation fund file stores any funds to which contributions are made. |

A state is the highest level of the costing structure in Ready Pay |

|
A cost centre is part of the costing structure in Ready Pay. |

A department can be a physical location or a workplace grouping, but it is the base costing level within Ready Pay. |

This area holds the Tax Rates for each Financial Year and is where Tax Rates are updated. |

Templates are used to define a set of pay items and rates common to a group of employees. |

Workplaces are an optional component of the Ready Pay Framework, used to calculate workcover liability premiums. |

This allows you to define the pay periods for multiple groups of employees. |

|
This allows you to define your organisation's different work patterns, i.e. hours and days worked over a repeating series of weeks. |
